A few tweaks to make the Chase Bliss data more consistent

Some Chase Bliss pedals used RTS for the MIDI in whilst others use TRS. TRS is
the more commonly used term therefore changing the others to match.
There were a mixture of brands for Chase Bliss devices. A number of devices also
had no brand set. This ensures all devices use the same "Chase Bliss Audio"
brand.
This is the published MIDI support email address for Chase Bliss devices
Some devices had model data whilst others didn't. This sets it for all devices.
There was also some inconsitency on MKII vs MkII. CBA use MKII so standardised
around that.
These all now have links to manuals. In most cases this points to the MIDI
manual rather than the general manual. The exception is Wombtome MKI which
doesn't have a MIDI manual so it has been linked to the main manual.

Hi,

These are a few little things I've noticed from using the Chase Bliss pedal data.

If this is all ok, am happy to do a few more tweaks along these lines.

Cheers!
