Align V86 brand contract with Depone

Summary

• Align stale V86 brand contract expectations with the current Depone public brand.
• Update V86 spec/decision copy from Keelplane to Depone while preserving the historical file path.
• Keep DWM Core, dwm_*.py prefixes, CLI/artifact names, and no-autonomous-execution boundaries unchanged.
