Add Depone V112 Agent Fabric lifecycle smoke

• Add a source-only V112 Agent Fabric lifecycle smoke helper.
• Thread V107 compile output through V108 fixture shape, V109 capture manifest, V110 verification report fields, and V111 operator view.
• Record docs/roadmap/release-history boundaries without adding command execution or trust upgrades.
