Closes #212.\n\nAdds a small reset control to each editor section header so users can clear just one section instead of wiping the whole README form. Resetting a section now clears the matching text fields, selections, and uploads for that section while leaving the rest of the editor intact.\n\nValidation:\n- npm run build\n- git diff --check
