If the Configurator App isn't already installed on your Windows PC, download and install it before you collect logs.

1. On your Windows PC, download the [Configurator App for Azure Local](https://aka.ms/ConfiguratorAppForHCI).
1. When prompted by your browser, select **Open** to start the installation. If you select **Save as**, open the downloaded installer after the download completes.
1. Follow the prompts to install the app.
1. After installation completes, open **Configurator App** from the Start menu.
