Adds repo-file, repo-tree, and issue-runner to the feeders table. Adds an Orchestration & infrastructure section covering orchestrator, skills, and shared. Adds repo-tree:sync, github-feed:pr, orchestrator:serve, and issue-runner:serve to the commands table. Updates the architecture diagram to show all sources + orchestrator.
