docs: document dashboard update banner and one-click update

Summary

Document the new in-dashboard update notification and one-click update flow that appears in the sidebar.

Changes

• Added a Staying up to date section to the Dashboard guide covering:
  • The sidebar now shows the real installed version (no more v0.3 placeholder), read from the local install.
  • When a newer @meridiona/meridian release is published to npm, the sidebar shows an Update available vX → vY banner with an Update now button.
  • Clicking Update now opens a Terminal window and runs meridian update — the update is intentionally not run inside the dashboard process so it stays visible and can prompt for a password.
  • The version check is best-effort, one-hour cached, and times out after 5 seconds — offline machines simply see no banner.

Context

Follows the source change in Meridiona/meridian#125, which adds the /api/version and /api/update endpoints and the sidebar banner.
