docs(dashboard): rework Home section for presence + agent overlay

Summary

Update the Dashboard guide's Home section to describe the rewritten Today view: a three-layer overview → zoom → details structure, with human presence separated from coding-agent activity and a clear note that agent time is never summed into focus.

Changes

• Describe the at-a-glance insight headline and the DayTimeline's aligned presence + agent tracks.
• Explain how supervised vs autonomous agent time is read from the alignment of the agent band under active/idle stretches of the presence track.
• Document the TodayMetrics row (Focus, AI-assisted, Switches) and what each metric means, including the 15-second flicker filter on context switches.
• Document the details-on-demand panels that expand from each metric tile.
• Update the totals strip card to mention the new Coding-agent tile (shown as a share of focus, never additive).
• Add a note clarifying that coding-agent time is a subset of focus, not added on top.
