Add AGENTS.md documenting repository structure, workflows and conventions. Refactor Web CSS
Adds two SVG illustrations and integrates them inline so theme variables apply.
Introduce an "Open Source" nav item (templates + translations) and restructure the header (nav-controls, theme/lang placement).
