…nd` (#79098) * theme: rename `bg`/`fg` design token groups to `background`/`foreground` Rename the semantic color token groups so that `--wpds-color-bg-*` becomes `--wpds-color-background-*` and `--wpds-color-fg-*` becomes `--wpds-color-foreground-*`, for consistency and readability. Follow-up to #79007. Primitive ramp group/property names (e.g. `primitive.bg`, `bgFill1`, `fgSurface4`) intentionally keep their abbreviated form since they are internal and not exposed as tokens. * theme: add PR number to CHANGELOG entry * dashboard: migrate remaining `bg`/`fg` token usages to `background`/`foreground` Cover the `routes/` dashboard and top-level `widgets/` apps, which were outside the packages/docs/storybook scope of the initial pass. * theme: update `bg`/`fg` references in token naming docs Address review feedback: the design-system tokens documentation still described the property segment as `bg`/`fg`.
