Adds cooldown.default-days: 7 to every updates entry in .github/dependabot.yml, matching the org convention already used in Catalyst-Storefront. Delays version-update PRs for freshly published releases. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
