  • add new argument "replace_unicode" in "Read All Screen" keyword
  • fix some robot tests and some identation.
  • I removed some files that should not be in the code, like robotframework_mainframe3270.egg-info and dist folders
  • some run_on_failues tests are broken, then I removed for now.

@leeuwe I put the new argument to solve the PR: #144 and did some cleanup.. all checks are passing. After the approval I can send the version 4.3 to pypi
