- Created Dockerfile which runs the flask application. Also added .dockerignore
- Updated dependencies of torch to use only CPU. GPU it's not useful for now and causes complications while creating the images from the Dockerfile
- Updated scripts to be adapted to the new python module syntax. Included init.py in every directory which should be considered as a module
