Minor bug fixes
Added eigenvalues put routine (via Matheus)
Eigenvalues: Init and push functions implemented Integrals: Allows multiplication of nx0 type integrals
Changes to make it easier to use the substring determinant builder structure when writing routines outside of MQC
Bug fix in mqc_combine and updates from HPH group
alpha or beta dimension is zero (fix thanks to Matheus).
EST integral bug fix and more integral module additions.
