If you already have the latest JRE installed, or if you aren't on windows, you might want the jar release. Just make sure to overwrite the stock security policy files with the ones obtainable from Java (jce_policy7.zip or jce_policy8.zip depending on your JRE version). Refer to FAQ in the help tab for more information.

If you're on windows, you can can save yourself the trouble by downloading the wrapped .exe version, which comes with a bundled JRE (in this case, you wouldn't need to bother with the policy files).
