Pushing a commit that changes a file within the .github/ directory does not execute CI as expected.

Pushing a commit that changes a file outside the .github/ directory does not execute the CI, which was unexpected. This suggests the edited activity type doesn't capture pushes for branches with an open PR. 🤔

Loop has gotten confusing. Will restart testing. 😅
