Segmenter

Segmentation module. Deals with the transition from raw imaging data to microstructure representations.

Utilization

Download the latest installer from the front end.

Development

• Requires MATLAB 2017b
• Requires MATLAB Image Processing Toolbox

1) Clone the repository.

2) Run "develop" in MATLAB while in the repository workspace. Update this file as necessary.

3) Make your modifications using the MATLAB App Designer.

4) Always play test the entire functionality of the App before a new commit or pull request using the App Designer.

5) Run "test" to see if the application will compile. (If you have the proper license.)

6) Submit your commits or pull request. The project lead will then double check your work and compile the app for distrubution.
