Release v0.0.5

Version bump 0.0.4 -> 0.0.5 (package.json + package-lock.json).

What ships in this release

• Windows installers for both x64 and ARM64 (dual-arch build, added in build(win): add ARM64 target alongside x64 #30)
• Release workflow now publishes both installers to the GitHub Release (ci(release): attach both x64 and ARM64 installers #31)

Release process

After this PR merges to main, push the tag to trigger the build + publish:

git tag v0.0.5
git push origin v0.0.5

The release.yml workflow then builds and attaches M2_LOG-0.0.5-x64.exe and M2_LOG-0.0.5-arm64.exe.
