Congressional Objective #3:

This repository is for sharing code for the purpose of controlling the Opentrons OT-2 robot and automating downstream data analysis for higher throughput. Code is categorized into folders for each function. The main .py file in each folder should be the most recent version of that program or protocol. Archived versions are stored in the archived files folder within each main function folder.

• Python protocols for the Opentrons OT-2 robot can be imported directly into the Opentrons App.
• JSON files for custom labware must be uploaded into the Opentrons App as well, then calibrated.
• Data analysis files can be accessed through jupyter notebook.
