Lorenzo Boschi

IT helpdesk technician at T4Tech (Genoa, IT) — building toward IT automation and AI integration for SMB environments.

I work daily across Windows administration, VoIP/PBX deployment, networking and endpoint provisioning, and I'm progressively pulling AI and scripting into that workflow to make small IT teams operate like larger ones.

Current focus

  • WinForge — automated Windows workstation provisioning & inventory tool, with vendor-aware driver updates (Dell / HP / Lenovo). PowerShell, WinForms GUI, winget-based.
  • PCSnapshot — zero-install Windows system analyzer for IT technicians, full pre-migration audit packaged in a single EXE with desktop HTML report. Python + PyInstaller.
  • portfolio — showcase of personal projects, including source-available code and technical write-ups of closed-source work.
