Provided scripts to support and reproduce the JCIM article publishing PySoftK. This is the description of the folders found in the repository:

vibrational_rings : This folder contains 4 different Ring (circular) topologies, providing the results of Hessian calculations from PySoftk modeled structures including the script generating these structures.

long_polymer : This folder contains 3 different folders where the longest polymer generated with PySoftK is presented.

article_scripts : A copy of all scripts used in the JCIM article can be found here, for users to download and validate.
