Adds a mini fab above the new download fab on the downloads/torrents tabs. Clicking it scrolls the currently visible list back to the top. Closes LivingWithHippos#343
Translations provided by the maintainer in the review. The two fabs also point at each other with nextFocus tags for dpad navigation.
