Resolves conflict: keep both the vite-plugin-svelte 7.1.2 bump from
this PR and the kit 2.63.0 bump that landed on main since. Lockfile
regenerated with bun install --ignore-scripts.

⚠️ Non mergiabile automaticamente: bump major di @sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte da 5.1.1 a 7.1.2 (salta la v6). Il job 'E2E (Playwright)' fallisce con error: lockfile had changes, but lockfile is frozen — il lockfile generato da Dependabot non è coerente con i peer dependency requirement della v7, serve rigenerarlo manualmente (probabile bump collaterale di Svelte/Vite richiesto). Lasciato aperto per revisione umana, non chiudo perché l'aggiornamento è comunque desiderabile.

Closing as superseded: this bumps the same dependency (@sveltejs/vite-plugin-svelte 5.1.1 -> 7.1.2) as #89, which has already been merged. This PR also predates the dependabot.yml ecosystem fix for /frontend (bun vs npm), which is why its E2E check failed here.
