[codex] Add agent-ready public surface

• update the README around the agent-ready modular app framework positioning
• add an agent-ready module demo doc pointing at the support-ticket example
• strengthen the public Lenso skills with expected agent outputs, checks, and keep-out guardrails
• support Runtime Console package styles during available-module install
