feat: add V11 module contract plane

Summary

• add lenso.module.v1 as the standalone module contract artifact
• allow module releases to use service, linked, or bundled sources
• expose moduleRelease.source through the admin/OpenAPI contract
• document module install as the business capability entrypoint
