[codex] add account-profile module example

Summary

Adds an account-profile remote module example that keeps product profile data outside the first-party auth anchor while declaring an auth dependency.

The example includes profile, organization, and membership records; declarative admin pages; an upsert_profile admin action; host-proxied HTTP routes; direct module smoke coverage; and a real host API smoke that installs auth plus the remote module into a generated host.
