Summary

  • Removes /ship skill details (chatgpt-codex-connector[bot], GitHub reactions polling) — a private Claude Code project skill not available to external contributors
  • Removes subterrans-pr-review skill reference from the PR Review Process section
  • Removes "owner override" phrasing from the review checklist
  • Broadens "AI code reviewers" to "code reviewers" in the review guidelines header
  • Replaces with tool-neutral equivalents that apply to any contributor

The removed content belongs in the private repo's AGENTS.md (already lives there in the Merge Authorization and Code Repo Workflow sections).

Test plan

  • Docs-only change — no code affected
  • All substantive requirements (internal review, two independent reviews, no merge without owner instruction) are preserved in tool-neutral language

The AGENTS.md in the public code repo is a contributor guide for any
developer who may work in this project. Strip content that only applies
to Rob's private Claude Code + Codex bot setup:

- Remove the /ship skill paragraph (project-local Claude Code skill,
chatgpt-codex-connector[bot] polling — not available to contributors)
- Remove the subterrans-pr-review skill reference
- Remove "owner override" phrasing from the checklist
- Broaden "AI code reviewers" → "code reviewers" in the review section

Replace with tool-neutral equivalents: internal review pass requirement
(principle, not tool), two-independent-reviews policy (process, not
skill names), no-merge-without-owner-instruction (rule, not phrasing
tied to a specific workflow).
