@typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin is bumped to ^8.67.0, whose peer range requires @typescript-eslint/parser ^8.67.0, but the parser stays at ^8.61.1 (8.61.1 does not satisfy that range). eslint.config.js wires both packages together, so lint now runs mismatched plugin and parser trees (8.67.0 vs 8.61.1 internals). With strict-peer-deps=false install still succeeds, hiding the contract break until stricter resolution or type-aware rules surface failures.
