…cots Complete deliverable for the final-term presentation (3 presenters, ~15 min, live demo): - outline.md — presenter split, design tokens, skill inventory (synced to the final project state: 10 skills, 29 tools, 97+14 evals), demo ops checklist (shop:reset digest-dedupe gotcha, NOTIFY_MODE, fallback ladder), mascot plan. - scripts.md — word-for-word talk track for all 13 slides with [click]/[pause] cues, demo-beat narration with model-latency filler lines, [P1]/[P2]/[P3] presenter placeholders. - slides/*.html — 13 self-contained full-page design mocks (brand palette + fonts) as the visual target for the Canva rebuild. - assets/*.png — 14 mascot poses (one per slide + one alternate), generated from the project logo.
