* Use named parameter paramsetKey instead of paramsetType * Catch KeyError when deleting attributes

This PR adds a new class HM_WDS30_T_O to represent the HM-WDS30-T-O outdoor temperature sensor. Lacking a humidity sensor, the only additional property is
temperature.
