Updated the base image from Ubuntu 24.04 to 26.04 and added libzstd-dev to the installation requirements.

There is a compose file example in the Docker README. I started updating the wiki in #111 but have been pretty busy. Please take a look and let me know what you think, as it seems not many people use Docker here so feedback is welcome. The new dockerfiles should be pretty efficient and the images are published to |

I see there's some other docker file's that have been added at some point, but figure I'll still keep this one up to date since the one-stop-shop docker-compose might have value for folks that just want to run it locally fast without worrying about the database setup and whatnot.
