- Export determine_depiction_size_with_buffer as public function
- Add noqa: E402 comments for intentional post-env-var imports
- Fix flake8 E712 (bool comparison), E741 (ambiguous var name), F841 (unused var)
- Add pytest warning filters to tox.ini for SWIG deprecation warnings
