Add react-ink-textarea to Input section

react-ink-textarea is a full featured batteries-included multi-line text input component Ink that allows developers to accept multi-line input with all the bells and whistles you expect from a well-built textarea component, such as slash commands, syntax highlighting, word or line navigation, virtualized viewports, etc.

Why it belongs here

Ink is already listed in the Framework section. Also, most, if not all the listed resources are of the JS ecosystem which React Ink owns a significant chunk of when it comes to CLI apps and TUIs.

react-ink-textarea allows developers to expend their react ink input toolkit with a powerful multi-line text input primitive that was previously underserved.
