Docker configuration for a Digital Ocean VM

1. Create DigitalOcean VM
2. Login as root and copy pasta these files to home directory:
   • docker-host-centos_init.sh
   • ktangdb.sql
3. Copy GitHub ssh private/public key to /root/.ssh
4. Run the init script with arguments for WRB db user/password
5. Watch the magic unfold
