hack/artifacthub_register.sh 등록 성공 (org keiailab, kind helm, url oci://ghcr.io/keiailab/charts/keiailab-commons) 후 발급 UUID 기입. verified publisher 는 본 파일의 OCI metadata push (:artifacthub.io 태그) 로 후속. Refs: ADR-0019 Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
