Thank you for the excellent repository. I have tried to use it, but I ran into a few errors.
First, the script would not run for me until the "from _future" lines were at the very top before the other imports.
Second, there seemed to be a bug in name the paths for tiles to be saved. For some reason, the case_name for me was in the format of "data_directory/slide_name", which was an issue downstream when the tiles were being saved. The issue is resolved when removing the first sub-path such that case_name is just "slide_name". I am happy to clarify further if needed.
