Description

This PR introduces the highly requested Chart widget for visualizing complex metrics with Braille sub-cell resolution. It supports line, bar, and scatter plot types out-of-the-box.

I've also refactored the internal BrailleCanvas to handle sub-cell coloring dynamically. Now, users can map multiple datasets onto the same chart, and Chart will seamlessly overlay different colored plots, automatically calculate Y-axis scaling boundaries, and even render string-based axes and legends when requested!
