Can we somehow manage to indicate that it is a julia package. Currently this is showing, that it is related to Zarr, but there is no link to Julia

In both cases you can see the Julia colors in the wall patches. Maybe they are too fainted, but having them stronger dominates the scene. Hence, the current version.

Should we just duplicate the Zarr logo, but have the Z be in Julia colors instead?

No, I don't like that much that logo, plus there some copyright asks we will need to make in order to use it. I think that's why you only see it in python and not other languages. Also note #111 (comment). that's why I said 1 or 2. otherwise it becomes a debate 😬😅.
