This project is the second-to-last project in the "JavaScript Basics" module in the "Foundations" course of The Odin Project (TOP).
This project was completed over the course of several weeks, as mid-way through, I got burned out and needed a break (that lasted just under one month) to be able to get motivation back to finishing it.
In the assignment, there was creating the basic functionality as a "main" assignment with the adding random color and darkening effects as "extra credit".
I completed the main assignment rather early, but then in the process fo trying to do the extra credit parts, that's when I started to get burned out on the whole thing.
In regards to the project as a whole, this was definitely a (great!) challenge, and one that I did enjoy working through, even despite the (multiple) frustrations and times I got stuck.
I know the next project will be creating a (basic) calculator completely from scrach, and that will definitely be a culminating challenge of everything we would have learned in TOP Curriculum (and more) up to that point.
I am excited for it, but also a bit nervous? I am looking forward to it, and then to continue along in the full-stack JavaScript path after!
