Pull request for changes in compute ec2 layer for
Their are certain config entries which would be needed to go in with this in ec2api.conf. Along with that, api-paste.ini would also need to be changed to plugin the new keystoneclient/middeware for interaction with IAM.
There can be print/LOG statements in this which I will remove in revised pull request. This is for review mainly.
