Complete v1 interventions, identity, and surveys

Summary

• replace the removed prompt model with reusable v1 interventions, deterministic durable occurrences, WorkManager recovery, and explicit scheduled/posted/opened/expired lifecycle events
• separate random per-import participant instance IDs from optional encrypted researcher-assigned IDs, including strict CLI bulk personalization and clear-header redaction
• add localized native surveys with stable IDs, four question types, accessible UI, no persisted drafts, and atomic immutable submissions
• update the strict Android/Web v1 codecs, researcher editor, examples, participant/researcher documentation, data dictionary, system design, and threat model without compatibility branches

Validation

• ./gradlew test --rerun-tasks — 214 Gradle tasks successful
• pnpm test — 246 tests passed
• pnpm check — 0 errors and 0 warnings
• pnpm build
• researcher flow E2E accepted by the app verifier
• unit-control E2E — 11 controls and 128 states
• one-line layout E2E — 42 view/locale/width scans
