Redesign the Orbital Observatory

What changed

• rebuild the homepage hierarchy around the live Earth, selected verifier, and local proof lab
• add first-viewport local run controls with explicit upload and semantic trust boundaries
• make the RootID input flow describe deterministic observation accurately instead of implying claim truth
• add a dedicated SFCS close control and responsive, scroll-owned instrument panels
• introduce a separate cache-busted production stylesheet and JavaScript module
• enforce exact parity between the tested source module and deployed versioned module

User impact

The globe is no longer crowded by the redundant portal strip. Every public verifier is directly reachable from the hero, the local proof lab works with claims, URLs, RootID seeds, and artifact files, and all drawers remain closable on desktop, tablet, portrait mobile, and landscape mobile.

• all six browser proof modes completed successfully
