Version 7 pre-release

All changes to this point are not ready for production and therefore do not count as version 7 nor a proper release.

We have started implementing the new slash command functionality and tidying up how the main body of the bot works. Further development is being done so pre-v7.0.0 commits may be done after this point making this release outdated. As this is to do with the v7 release now targetted in February it is essential to have this tested by many sources.

To confirm this is not a full release and many of the existing commands no longer work and the new commands are somewhat working or are still being developed and are so far untested.
