Hi 👋, I'm Iyad Shobaki and I'm a Software Engineer

About Me

I’m currently training and working on full stack web application using React, JS, Node, MongoDB and Express. Before that, I was a MuleSoft Developer for 2 years, working for a financial services company with the integration team. I worked on API integrations, SQL databases, and complex data workflows on multiple financial projects. That experience enhanced my problem-solving, collaboration, and architectural analysis skills.

Now, I’m looking for a web-development role where I can apply my technical foundation and contribute to building modern, scalable applications.

  • Accenture (FTE) – Tech Architecture Sr Analyst               Jan-2023 to Dec-2023
  • Accenture (contractor from Revature) – Application Developer        Aug-2021 to Jan-2023

    Projects: I worked on several financial integration projects for Accenture’s client, helping connect data between upstream and downstream applications using MuleSoft and related technologies. I served as the main developer on one major project where we received XML payloads through Kafka messages. My role involved building MuleSoft (inbound and outbound Messaging apps and REST APIs) to listen for and process these messages, insert the data into a SQL Server database, then publish the new data.
