Replace numeric timestamp parsing with preformatted label arrays and explicit datasets: build labels, internal/external humidity, delta and threshold arrays in JS to handle missing/null points, compute anomaly scatter points with formatted x labels, and simplify the chart x-axis config (remove linear time parsing and parseTimestamp). Also update scatter dataset to use the mapped anomaly values. Minor template change: swap favicon from logo.svg to Dry_dock.svg.
