概述
修复主浮动工具栏按钮的垂直对齐问题：非选中项现在会保持视觉上的上下居中，不再因为底部选中指示线的预留空间而显得偏上。
改动内容
ToolbarImageButton对所有按钮统一预留底部空间的布局方式。
