Add Airtable personal access token support to Meltano
This avoids manual intervention in a web browser in the authorization setup and allows us to run meltano as a github actions job
Switching to PAT is configured with an
authorization_methodswitch, default to original oauth, and then validating only one set of configuration is appliedAlso added validation tests and a github workflow that runs on self-hosted if we're within the fork
