This PR cleans up a few things in the documenation. I removed deprecated analyses that were still linked to in the documentation and I cleaned up some of the case inconsistencies e.g. Building Structural Damage vs Building economic loss. I made it so only the first letter used upper case unless the name was a proper name like a city
