Remove xmippLib.so from binding

This branch allows avoiding the link to xmippLib on the scipion3/software/binding, because pyXmipp3 replace that requirement

Comands to test pyXmipp

• Run the commands

python3 -m scipioninstaller -conda -n scipionPyXmipp ~/scipionPyXmipp
cd scipionPyXmipp/software/em
../../scipion3 run pip install xmipp3-installer pyxmipp3
git clone https://github.com/I2PC/xmipp3
cd xmipp3
git checkout pyxmipp
../../../scipion3 run ./xmipp
cd src
git clone https://github.com/I2PC/scipion-em-xmipp.git
../../../../scipion3 installp -p scipion-em-xmipp/ --devel

• Install other plugins as eman, sphire, relion, motioncor, cistem, gCTF
• run some tests for each plugin
• To get the command for each test: ./scipion3 test --grep xmipp
