Make LongTable interview a grilling loop

Summary

• make longtable-interview a simple LongTable grilling loop by default
• remove ordinary option-first follow-up and no-spec routing from the generated interview skill
• keep critical-interview as a compatibility alias
• add an E2E smoke that installs generated Codex skills and verifies the observable grilling surface
• bump all LongTable packages to 0.1.67
